A macaron is a sweet meringue-based confection made with egg whites, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, and cream of tartar. They are typically sandwiched with a ganache, buttercream or jam filling.

I recommend storing in the refrigerator and bringing to room temperature 2-4 hours before serving. 

Pick-up is available at my house in Minnetonka. I may be able to deliver if within Minnetonka or otherwise very close-by.

Macarons are typically known for being gluten-free because the shells are made with almond flour. However, some fillings are NOT gluten-free. The menu will indicate whether a flavor is Gluten-Free or Not Gluten-Free.

As a cottage foods producer, Petite Sweets Boutique cannot currently ship baked goods. 

Please allow at least 4-6 weeks notice for all custom cake and macaron orders.

Macarons are best stored in the refrigerator, and best served at room temperature. They will typically last 2-3 days at room temperature, and up to one week in the refrigerator. 

Some products may contain gluten, eggs, dairy, and nuts. Even when products are free from some of these ingredients, everything is made in my kitchen and while thoroughly sanitized, separate equipment is not used. Therefore, with the risk of cross contamination we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with nut, soy, egg, dairy, or gluten allergies.
